The more data recruiters have at their disposal, the faster the optimal job can be found. Since filling out profiles with the right suggestions is easier and faster, this article shows how you can provide applicants with an automated list of likely skills.

Modern IT recruiting is all about speed. Smooth operation and fast feedback are expected, but on the other hand, finding the best match between job seekers and interesting dev jobs is a search for a needle in a haystack. Especially when developers want to get into new technologies or industries, i.e. the really interesting matches, it is essential to have a well-filled out profile at hand. One that also includes skills that were only learned in passing.
